China about to unleash massive anti-clunker policy

This is the fault of the legislators and probably equally the average American consumer. The legislators enacted strict regulations across the board from minimum wage hikes, environmental, workplace safety regulations on American manufacturers. Initially this raised product prices to the point where it was no longer feasible to stay in business without moving factories overseas where these regs don't exist - all we've done was shift the dirty work to someplace else. The fault of the American consumer is mostly about greed. Want want want want, mostly unnecessary products at rock bottom prices, and want want want the new latest and greatest when the older devices (and even cars!) accomplish the task just fine. *cough* Walmart shoppers, everyone with an iPhone, brand new luxury vehicle, etc.... If people were to live with the necessities, then this worldwide pollution wouldn...
