2014 Infiniti Electric Subcompact Car Will Have Wireless Charging

I have serious doubts as to the claim that inductive charging would be as efficient as wired. The BIG unasked question is what the charging rates of inductive systems might be. If a lot less than 100 Kilwatts, then would seem better (economically) to stop for a fast charge than build what sounds like a VERY expensive induction pad, stretching 60 miles or more down a highway. Such pads couldn't be located everywhere, as they would presumably snarl traffic patterns with drivers going in directions they don't want to just to recharge. Sounds like such a system would only be practical, if anywhere, on Interstates to handle cars on trips. But then, drivers need to stop and rest/eat anyway, making
