How do you hold politicians accountable for accepting dirty money? @ScottBrownMA @SenSherrodBrown via @Care2

I signed petitions to save the wolves, polar bears, stop the seal hunt, vote for the clean air act, signed to prevent or deter pollution, deforestation, whale killing, deep water drilling etc. I duly sent them to my senators-republican and democrat-made no difference-my democratic senator "appreciated my input and my opinion, but respectfully disagreed and voted against everything that I asked him to vote for, my republican senator actually said that he was voting against the clean air act because the EPA was too big and needed to be curtailed in budget and activities-I wrote back that I liked to breathe and I didn't care who kept my air clean-I wanted to keep on breathing-never got an answer. To my small mind the people who represent us aren't, both sides are corrupt and need to go-we need people who will represent the people's wishes and not line their pockets at our exp...
