Japan Pulls The Plug On Nuclear Power

The whole thing is more political posturing, still Japan has suffered more from nuclear power than most countries given the first time they encountered it was when two atomic bombs were dropped on them killing 150,000 to 240,000 people, should of made them very wary of having anything to do with nuclear power. To put the issue in perspective the only severe nuclear accidents so far were Chernobyl which was caused by criminal stupidity, Three Mile Island, Windscale and Fukushima which was caused by a massive natural disaster combined with inadequate protection against flooding. All the nuclear accidents in the history of the world have killed far less people than coal power kills in one year in the United States alone.
