Sustainability, ‘One Shrimp at a Time’ By THE NEW YORK TIMES At the Dot Earth blog, Andy Revkin describes a new documentary about sustainable fish farming that was filmed recently by Pace University students. It focuses on Linda Thornton, an Illinois native who moved to Belize, started a farm and endeavors to leave as small an imprint on ecosystems and waters as possible.
