I've read on Dr. Mercola that Agave nectar as it's processed is not healthy at all - toxic (I have one large bottle unopened so that came as a shock). I also wouldn't use so much apple juice either - agreeing with the earlier comment that it would make it too sweet. I would substitute honey for Agave as 'i love it' suggests. Quinoa is great and very healthy, and I love the addition of nuts for crunch and fruits for flavor and texture. I add quinoa to my oatmeal along with nuts and....
