Here’s the recipe for my super spring cleansing smoothie: Dr. Michelle’s Super Spring Cleansing Smoothie 1½ cups of cold water (or more if you prefer a thinner consistency) 6 inches of organic cucumber, sliced in half-inch disks One stalk of organic celery, sliced in 2-inch pieces One organic avocado, pit and skin removed Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until the texture is smooth.
