What to Expect This Week in Congress: Even before the death of Osama bin Laden on Sunday, environmental and ener...

But as lawmakers head back to the nation’s capital Monday after a two-week recess, pressing environmental matters will get some attention. While Capitol Hill may not be ready to tackle big issues like climate change and renewable energy mandates just yet, this week several Congressional committees will discuss topics such as America’s disaster preparedness and development of public lands.
