Forecasts for US Sea level rise are increasingly scary. 3.7 Million Americans at risk. #ConnectDots #350ppm #byebyeFL

New research from Climate Central out today provides a thorough look into the risks posed by rising seas in the United States. We've highlighted many cases of how residents of low-lying Islands are at risk due to sea-level rise, but this research helps paint the picture well in the country that is the highest per-capita contributor to climate change. Many 350 activists have called attention to rising sea levels in their communities--here are some of the good folks from 350 Tallahassee sending an alarm. On May 5, we'll be gathering in the places already hit first and worst by climate impacts: The pine forests of Utah, the melted glaciers in Canada, the destryoed farmland in Somalia, to sound the alarm that these events are all connected.
