Eggs for breakfast could help you lose weight

Yesterday I read a study that said people who eat eggs at breakfast consume fewer calories throughout the day than those who don't. That makes sense. Eggs are packed with protein and low in carbs so you feel fuller for a longer time after eating them than eating a high-carb or high-sugar product in the morning. It only takes a few minutes to scramble an egg in the morning, but for some people even those couple of minutes are difficult to find. It's quicker to grab a muffin or some other bread-like food. It also creates less of a mess. A scrambled egg might take less than five minutes, but cooking one also creates some messy dishes that need to be cleaned up.
