Today's the day we take the Govt to court over cuts to payments for solar power #FiTs

The High Court will today hear legal challenges by Friends of the Earth and two solar companies over government plans to slash financial incentives for solar electricity. It follows a decision by Mr Justice Mitting last week to overturn the court's previous ruling that the lobby group's argument did not warrant a full hearing.
