The 10-pound chubs of "Chuck fine g round beef 80/20" are packed in eight-chub cases with Est. 245C and the "best before or freeze by" date of 11/13/11. The ground beef was shipped to institutions and distributors in Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. Symptoms of E. coli O157:H7 poisoning include bloody diarrhea, dehydration, and in the most severe cases, kidney failure.
