Let;s hope Franke James can help Canada wake up and reclaim its reputation

How much money had Canada committed to the tour? A. Canada provisionally approved a $5,000 grant to promote the art event in Croatia (one stop on the 20-city tour). This funding was given as part of Canada’s commitment to UNFCCC [the 1992 climate treaty underlying all recent negotiations toward a new pact] for climate change education and was approved by the “Planning, Advocacy & Innovation” unit at Canada’s Department of Foreign Affairs (See UNFCCC Article 6). Q. Was that funding the result of a garden-variety competition or grant-seeking effort? A. It was not a competition. My solo 20-city art tour was privately funded and organized by Nektarina Non Profit , a European NGO dedicated to climate change education. (They were buying my art outright.)
