Vermont Law School posts its annual watch list of environmental issues , led by Republicans’ attacks on the Environmental Protection Agency in Congress and on the presidential campaign trail. [Vermont Law School] Desertec , a mostly German-led project in the Sahara, hopes to provide 15 percent of Europe’s electricity by 2050 through a network of solar and wind farms across the Mena region that connects to continental Europe via high-voltage cables.
