Bernie Sanders Files Amendment To Overturn Citizens United | Care2 Causes

I applaud Bernie Sanders' attempts to rectify the impact of the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) Citizens United decision. Everyone, except perhaps Mitt Romney, knows that corporations are not people. Bernie is going to have a tough time getting the legislation through as long as the so-called Blue Dogs, consistently vote Republican. Not to mention the rest of the Congress, having their greedy hands outstretched to accept corporate money and lobbying efforts. Besides, there is still an issue that MUST be dealt with if we expect any fair play in the system at all. The issue is really obvious. How do we prevent SCOTUS from ultimately controlling our democracy? And, bring equality to the three branches of government.
