Fracking Forum Moves to New York City: A hearing on proposed state rules governing a natural gas drilling proces...

Hearings on the controversial natural gas drilling process known as hydraulic fracturing move today to New York City, a locus of opposition to the state’s plans to approve the practice. There are two sessions on Wednesday, from 1 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m.
