Greg seems to have missed some stuff from his record, such as:- 1 - Immediately cut the last year of the low carbon buildings programme £400 grants to solar water heating projects on the basis that they'd be eligible for RHI payments, then dithered about RHI for so long that they ended up launching a new £300 grant scheme for solar water heating, but still haven't seen fit to supply us with any information at all about how RHI is supposed to work or at what levels in October 2011. 2 - Putting in place strict limits on FIT spending where previously there were none, but failing to review the FIT rates at that point. This is a pretty basic error Greg, and all your problems with FITs budgets stem from this mistake. 3 - Totally underestimated the likely success of the FIT's scheme for solar, resulting in a huge panic in DECC in the spring and a drastic last minute slashing of t...
