you are certainly not allergic to everything! The article lists a wide range of types of foods, you are not obliged to eat all of them (although each has its own merits) and within each category you have a wide choice. In any case, it is virtually impossible in our society to be protein-deficient, unless you are anorexic or you follow a completely crazy diet. We all consume too many proteins (I too probably eat too many, even if I am vegan!), it is important to choose sources of proteins that do not harm your body, and vegetable proteins are precisely this type of protein.
