These handmade Zelda & Link costumes look fierce! Time to get excited for #GreenHalloween!
Handmade Zelda & Link Costumes Are Legendary by Beth Langness This year Beth Langness dressed her kids up as Zelda & Link. Beth created the Zelda costume from a dress pattern she had and designed her own vest and gauntlets based on 3"x5" picture. The shield & princess accessories have been crafted foam - all hand-patterned, painted and assembled - while the swords were found at her local dollar store, and the belts and turtleneck bought at Goodwill. Her son used her daughter's tights (but don't tell him that!) and she created Zelda's trademark blue jewels from clear ones she already had, painting them with a faux stained-glass paint. But the best part she says? The kids will use them over and over! 16 Votes 0 email this email facebook facebook digg digg
