Bakers trapped inside Houston bakery made bread for two days straight

Stuck inside El Bolillo Bakery during Hurricane Harvey, the bakers used 4,400 pounds of flour making pan dulce for flood victims. It's like the "Help, I’m Trapped in a Fortune Cookie Factory" joke, but with a twist; the twist being that during the very unfunny Hurricane Harvey, four bakers were stuck inside a pan dulce bakery. But rather than pen secret missives on fortunes, they decided to spend the next two days madly baking the delicious Mexican sweet breads, to give to flood victims. According to their Facebook page, El Bolillo Bakery makes, "Probably the best pan dulce in town. Great selection and prices. Fresh tortillas, latin pastries, and even cakes."
