Autumn/Winter 2012 is an ode to a bygone era. Named after designer Nicola Woods' maternal and paternal grandmothers, the "Olivia Rose" collection marries the label's signature Asian-inspired aesthetic with traditional British craftsmanship. Where East meets West is undoubtedly best: Besides drawing from her vast archive of vintage kimonos , Woods also employed sumptuous silks, British wool , organic cotton, and Nottingham-manufactured lace. The result? A ladylike lineup that captures the romance and irresistible charm of the English countryside, with a twist.
