Ali Fedotowsky And Katherine Heigl Save Sochi Strays

Adler and Sochi will have to undergo a two to four week quarantine period to make sure they do not have any infectious diseases that could be spread to humans. Although Heigl is a passionate dog lover with seven dogs of her own and co-founder of the Jason Debus Heigl Foundation , an animal welfare organization, she was nervous about bringing the Sochi strays to the U.S. She said, “We haven’t done this before. We haven’t done a rescue from another country. I’m nervous for the dogs. It’s an awfully long flight. I’m hoping it’s the beginning of the good life to come.”
