Treat Your Feet with a Homemade Foot Scrub
Dry, cracked heels got you down? Here’s how I fixed my feet in a few simple steps. My marathon training is over, and I have to tell you, it did a number on my feet! My heels have been dry and cracking, and I was at my wits end trying to sort out how to fix them up. I even resorted to a not-so-green pedicure at the salon near my house. The pedicure helped a bit, but after a few days my heels were back to their original state. Boo! Then, I read a post over at my friend Karen’s blog about her DIY heel scrub . What perfect timing!
