#Solar companies: today is the LAST DAY to send a questionnaire to the ITC regarding the #Suniva trade case. @seia

The International Trade Commission has distributed questionnaires to U.S. and foreign-based solar firms to inform the proceedings of Suniva, Inc. and SolarWorld Americas' Section 201 petition. It is critical that your company accurately and completely fill out the questionnaire to ensure that the ITC has all the information it needs in its determination. For a transmittal letter from the ITC explaining the process for this questionnaire, click here . If you are a foreign firm, a separate letter can be found here . There are four separate questionnaires pertaining to different business types. Please fill out the questionnaire the best corresponds to your company (for reference, the great majority of current SEIA members are classified as "U.S. Purchasers": U.S. Importers U.S. Producers U.S. Purchasers Foreign Producers Other attachments related to this questionnaire process...
