India can support its #solar manufacturers despite WTO ruling, says government official

Yesterday the WTO Panel ruled that India’s domestic content requirement (DCR) discriminates against US solar cells and modules by requiring solar power developers to use Indian-manufactured cells and modules rather than other imported solar technology in some PV projects under India's National Solar Mission (NSM).
