Spire Announces PV Module Testing Service for Solar Systems Installers

Currently, Spire operates an Advanced Technology Center , which supports material developers, module manufacturers, and research groups in an effort to advance their technology. In addition, for a complete module assembly line, the facility also utilizes Spire's Spi-Sun Simulator (TM) 4600SLP for the testing of system integrator modules. These system integrators send modules directly to Spire for analysis and timely turnaround characterization. Spire's measurements will insure that the PV module product that they have procured for their system meets their requirements. Spire also has the capability to transport its test facility to the systems site, if necessary. "We are pleased to bring our module and simulator test expertise to system integrators.
