More success for @Vestas in Argentina as it ties up 106MW with Pampa Energia:

Vestas has booked a 106MW order in Argentina, marking further progress for the Danish OEM in one of the world’s key emerging wind markets. The manufacturer will deliver 28 of its V136-3.45 MW, power-optimised to 3.8MW, for twin 53MW projects being developed by Pampa Energia. The Pampa and De La Bahía projects are due for commissioning in the first quarter of 2019 near Bahia Blanca in Buenos Aires province. Vestas has previously supplied Pampa Energia’s 100MW Corti wind farm, which is currently undergoing final pre-commissioning tests. Corti going online will be a landmark moment for Argentina’s nascent sector, as the first wind project operational from the new wave of RenovAr tenders that started in 2016 to support the government’s rolling series of renewable energy targets, with a 20% share set for 2025.
