Crossing Canada In An Electric Car? Free Charging Lets It Happen

There was a couple who crossed the US in a Model S Tesla, they used RV Campgrounds to find charging points, they did great. I would imagine cutting a deal with KOA or one of the other campground chains to put in chargers and standard rates would provide a simple structure for this.
