Yes you read that right...scientists can now pull fuel straight from the air you breath. FOR SCIENCE!

Hate to be the bubble popper, but making gas out of electrons and carbon inputs is nothing new. The germans did it way back in WW2. It is brutally expensive then ( 90% energy loss then) and it probably still an expensive way of making petrol from electricity. But that is the question. Is it still prohibitively expensive? can they break the 1:1 energy ratio? If they did I am sure they would be screaming it from the hill tops… so that would be a no… Just another tech company looking for oil company grants.
