House Republicans urge White House to delay 2017-2025 fuel economy standards

The American consumer was not given fair representation at the CAFE negotiation table, and they have since been put on the menu.", what I believe is meant refers to how major manufacturer's allocate their budgets. It's just common sense that if a major manufacturer has a budget of 20 million dollars for Research and Development and say 30% of that is allotted for Safety features and Design, but they have new standards for fuel economy to meet that they could not anticipate and so, a short time fram...
