David, thanks for the advice, but I will have to stick with my Jeep Wrangler and Ford F-350 crew cab, 4 wheel drive diesel pickup. (It's what we call a coyboy limousine). You never see a Range Rover here. Most people wouldn't know what a Range Rover was if they saw one. People here drive 4 wheel drive pickups, Mostly Ford, Chevy, Dodge, Toyota, and Nissan. Subaru wagons, Jeeps, Toyota RAV 4s and Ford Explorers, Chevy Suburbans are also popular. I'll bet it's 300 miles to the nearest Range Rover dealership. The only ones you see are in San Francisco. My sister has one and she lives in Santa Cruz. I even had to read the label to know for sure what it was. Here, they are a status symbol for people who are afraid of mud. A status symbol here is a Hummer, a Jeep Commander, or a huge 4 wheel drive Ford, Chevy, or Dodge truck lifted up with aggressive rubber on it. Kids usually l...
