Two Guys Growing Mushrooms in Berkeley: a Sustainable Business Success Story:

reached out to me about his company’s signature product, a kit for growing oyster mushrooms at home (in a mere ten days… much quicker that, say, shiitake mushrooms !). I’ve been traveling, so we haven’t had a chance to talk beyond quick emails, but I did get some time to watch a TedxPresidio talk he and his partner Alex Velez gave a couple of months ago… and found it really inspiring.
