Unsafe Mineral Oils Entering Food from Transport Boxes

Can someone explain the chemical content of the mineral oils and define the meaning ‘harmful’ used in the context as above? It is possible that this could be the cause of autism? In the USA autism is not a case 1 per 150 children as previously thought, but 1 per 90. Also, I was very surprised that in S. Kora, the autism problem is much bigger than in the USA. This happens when Korea because industrialized nation and started to trade on a global scale. May be there is something wrong with the packaging and dangreous toxins absorbed by food enter our system. Nerve cells are composed of plenty of fatty acids, so any oil is compatible to react, thus causing autism. It may start already during the fetus life in the womb and the visible syndrom is at age of 1-2 year old.
