“@Care2Causes: Rand Paul Thinks Middle East Exchange Students Should Be Tracked #civilrights” By who? The GOVT? #irony

Sean Hannity and Kentucky Senator Rand Paul discussed the Patriot Act on Hannity's show last week, according to Think Progress , and among other moments of discussion (like who had a bigger waist, and when exactly the government is going to come and "take our guns"), Paul proposed that the government spend more time prying into the movement of "suspicious" people, like -- Middle East exchange students. "I do want them going after, for example, let's say we have a 100,000 exchange students from the Middle East -- I want to know where they are, how long they've been here, if they've overstayed their welcome, whether they're in school.” So, how exactly should they be "tracked," Senator Paul?
