Health Care Reform Helped Women -- Why Does The GOP Want to End That?: Despite the fact that health care reform

Despite the fact that health care reform has brought insurance to thousands who would otherwise be uninsured, the Republican party is still doing its best to dismantle reform, either by voting to repeal it outright or attempting to defund individual plans so they cannot be enacted. Now, what the Republicans in Congress have not been able to accomplish nationally, they are passing on to the states, and numerous local state governments have fought reform by either suing the federal government, passing local laws to attempt to opt out or putting restrictions on local insurance exchange plans to not allow all of the procedures, like abortions, in an attempt to force all insurers to stop covering them.
