Beth yw’r atgofion sydd gennych o’ch plentyndod sy’n dod â gwên i’ch wyneb? Reidio eich beic, archwilio mannau newydd ac anghyfarwydd a bod allan gyda’ch ffrindiau? Dyma’r tri prif beth yr oedd oedolion heddiw’n mwynhau eu gwneud pan oeddent yn blant, gyda 70% yn cael y rhan fwyaf o’u hanturiaethau yn yr awyr agored. Cymharwch hyn â phlant heddiw. Ar frig eu rhestr hwythau hefyd mae chwarae ar eu beiciau ac archwilio mannau newydd ac anghyfarwydd. Fodd bynnag, dim ond 29% o blant heddiw sy’n cael anturiaethau yn yr awyr agored, gyda llawer o hyn yn digwydd dan oruchwyliaeth agos oedolion.
