2011 White House Easter Egg Roll to focus on health and fitness: focuses on fitness and health, with healthy eat...

Like last year, the event is embracing sustainable practices. 83,000 souvenir eggs made from sustainable American hardwood will be given to children at the event, the rest will be sold by the National Parks Foundation . Over 90 recycle bins (and 90 trash bins) will be placed throughout the grounds. While the White House kitchen has a composting system, it apparently does not extend to events of this size.
