Cat Leaps To Safety Amid Blazing Inferno | Care2 Causes

Kye, maybe the dog's owners were not at home, and he was locked in. It's very sad, but when a cheap building burns, it burns hot and fast, and there isn't time to do much to rescue anyone. I have not been in a fire, thank goodness, but I have been in a tornado. You grab as many as you can and run like hell. Some friends of mine were burned out, and they barely made it out themselves. They still grieve for the animals they couldn't save. I hope they catch the ones who set the fireworks off and prosecute them. And I, too, would like to see fireworks banned - at least the ones sold to the public. The big displays put on by pyrotechnicians are pretty safe, as they have fire equipment on hand, and the techs are well trained. But individuals are another story. I knew a lady who was blinded in one eye by a bottle rocket her brother shot at her. No need for it, and the fire danger...
