To find the universal elements enough; to find the air and the water exhilarating; to be refreshed by a morning walk or an evening saunter… to be thrilled by the stars at night; to be elated over a bird’s nest or a wildflower in spring – these are some of the rewards of the simple life. John Burroughs Im sure Im not alone in stating that I have way too much stuff. So much that I dont even notice half of it, much of which is either pointless or has oultived its purpose in my life. Given that the first week of August is Simplify Your Life weekwhich coincides with the rudimentary beginnings of Autumnits as good a time as any to release and let go of unnecessary items that have accumulated. Its also in keeping with the theme of Autumn. Its amazing how much clutter we can accumulate. Theres even a 12-step program for those that are excessive in their drive to acqu...
