While the article you linked to is much more detailed than the Care2 article, I feel that it is as flawed with it's rejection of coffee, as this Care2 article is, with it's ambiguity in it's failure to define "moderation." I fully agree with the concept of moderation, but the cliché: "everything in moderation," is the favorite mantra of addicts in denial. Real moderation is a very specific dose, somewhere between total abstinence, and addiction under the banner of "moderation." If ones reaction to an article touting the benefits of moderate coffee consumption, is to up your dose and say "think I'll have another cup," or "maybe I should enjoy it a little more often," you're probably already exceeding moderation.
