For Endangered Species Day, help stamp out extinction. Get some Save Vanishing Species stamps

The stamp was created by the Multinational Species Conservation Funds Semipostal Stamp Act, which passed Congress with overwhelming bipartisan support. WWF proposed the original idea in 2000 and played a major role in securing approval of the stamp. The stamp could generate millions of dollars for international wildlife conservation at a time when Congress is making deep funding cuts. These proceeds can’t replace vital federal funds for international species conservation, but the stamp is a new, creative way to raise awareness and contribute to the protection of endangered wildlife.
