Fresh from his election victory, London Mayor Boris Johnson has rejigged his top team with a view to accelerating the rollout of green initiatives across the capital. Johnson was attacked by his opponents during the mayoral race for failing to adequately address London's air pollution and under-spending the capital's climate change budget.
