The new line of bags, printed with the messages of “Hope” and “Strength,” is currently available at participating retailers in Japan and will soon be available in the U.S. Made with a special nylon and lycra fabric blend, what’Surbag bags stretch to hold very large items, but the fabric springs back when the bag is emptied. The fabric also bounces with its owner when she walks, making the bag feel lighter than it really is, the company says.
