In partnership with GrowNYC , RecycleBank , Coca-Cola Live Positively , Global Inheritance and Five-Boro Green Services, Honest Tea is placing a 30-foot tall recycling bin in Times Square today to attempt to collect and recycle more than 45,000 plastic, glass and aluminum beverage containers that will be recycled into a school garden. To achieve this they'r raising a 30-foot tall recycling bin in the middle of Times Square and encouraging people to bring down their drink bottles. © Honest Tea Watch the Giant Recycling Bin Raising. The Great Recycle's 10-hour long event on April 30th and will also feature a 12 X 12 urban garden and other features like bike racks fashioned into a vertical garden, picnic tables, trash receptacle, watering cans and more made from recycled ...
