Minke Whaling Starts Again In Iceland

WDCS can report today (Saturday April 28) that Icelandic minke whalers have taken their first whales of the season. The vessel, Halldor Sigurdsson IS landed the whale and free samples of the meat appeared to be handed out to those who gathered to watch the boat come in.
