Wells Fargo, Bank of America Closed for Climate Crimes

I'm a freelance climate and energy activist based in the Pacific Northwest, and working to break the region's dependence on coal and other fossil fuels. Right now my priorities include phasing out coal combustion at the Boardman and TransAlta Coal Plants in Oregon and Washington, preventing liquefied natural gas infrastructure from being built in Oregon, and ensuring the Northwest does not become an international coal export zone. Phasing out fossil fuels across the region I believe will open up the market for clean energy and usher in a new era of renewable power. During the course of my organizing in the Northwest I work with a many different groups, some of them official non-profits and some of them not. However in my posts here I speak only for myself - and not all views I express here are necessarily endorsed by every group I've worked with.
