Leading Wholesale Power Supplier Selects OSI Technology for New SCADA Platform Minneapolis, MN - April 9, 2012 (News Release) Open Systems International, Inc. (OSI) has been selected by a nonprofit leader in wholesale power supply for municipal electric systems, to provide a replacement SCADA system based on OSI’s monarch™ (Multi-platform Open Network ARCHitecture) platform. Electing to remain anonymous, this new OSI customer is a nonprofit leader in wholesale power supply for municipal electric systems, providing generation, transmission and distribution of electric power and energy to 129 members in seven states. Combined, these publicly-owned utilities serve nearly 625,000 customers.
