In the nine years I've been covering exotic free energy technologies , a theme of the industry has been the perpetual lack of adequate funding to properly try promising ideas, test prototypes, develop and improve prototypes, then engineer them for production. The thematic issue has been, "if only we had enough funding." To their credit, it is amazing how much they've been able to accomplish despite the dearth of funds, using their resourcefulness and sheer dedication, borrowing from friends, and selling off assets or taking a second mortgage on their home in order to pursue their passion to help the planet. Nevertheless their progress is slow due to these limitations.
