UK sneaks into top 10 countries for clean-tech start-ups

The UK has taken 10th place in a new global ranking of the 38 countries providing the best conditions for clean-technology start-ups. The country scored well across most of the 15 indicators applied by Cleantech Group and WWF as part of the inaugural study . The study looks at those countries with the greatest potential to produce entrepreneurial clean-tech start-up companies capable of commercialising innovative green technologies over the next decade.
