Do take a look at the results of its annual Beachwatch event.” Bill Bryson, author and litter activist, May 2011 MCS Beachwatch is our coastal environmental initiative, involving local individuals, groups and communities in caring for their coastal environment. Beachwatch Big Weekend is now in its 18th year with thousands of volunteers taking part every year, making it the most influential fight against marine litter in the UK.
